RE:                Snow Emergency

The City of Port Clinton will be under a “Snow Emergency” effective Saturday, January 19, 2019 at 7:00 AM, until further notice, in anticipation of extreme weather.

A “Snow Emergency” within the City of Port Clinton means that ALL vehicles will NOT be permitted to park on any City street.  This allows our Service Department to keep both our primary and secondary streets open during the “snow emergency”.

Please begin making plans to secure an “off-street” area to park your vehicles as violators face the possibility of receiving a fine and/or having their vehicle towed at their expense.

We will keep you informed via Port Clinton Police Department & City of Port Clinton respective Facebook pages and local news networks if and when the snow emergency is lifted.

Thank you,

Olen Martin

Safety-Service Director
